Music, Mental Health + Your Wellbeing
Mental health is a part of wellness sometimes overlooked but is so important to our overall well being, in these times more than ever and I believe that music is the unprescribed medicine we all need in our lives.
Whether it’s the soundtrack to dancing in a field with your best friends, the first dance at your wedding or the tune that you always pick up pace to during a run, music plays such an important role in our lives and can help trigger memory, alleviate stress as well as lift our mood."I believe that music is the unprescribed medicine we all need in our lives."

DANCE @ HOME
I have worked in music for 10 years and my love for it grows each day. The dance floor is an amazing inclusive space which has been dearly missed but it has been inspiring to see the music industry adapt and still bring people some amazing experiences to enjoy in their homes.
For me I associate Summer with dance music; festivals, Ibiza and some pumping DJ mixes soundtracking my runs.
