Health & Wellbeing with Farmer's Weekly

Recently our Founder Ginny contributed to an important piece in UK agriculture publication Farmers Weekly to discuss health & wellbeing amongst farming families and how nutrition, and more specifically breakfast, play a part in this. 

 

 

The feature, led by Farm Fitness Founder Tom Kemp, focusses on nutrition and diet and how some simple tweaks can help keep farming families healthy. 

In a focus on breakfast, Ginny explained 'breakfast is a crucial meal and effects how you perform throughout the day.'

 

 

 

"It should fuel your body with the right food to prepare you for the day ahead. Busy people should eat something that is going to get their metabolism going and sustain their energy levels"
