Biscoff Apple Pie Baked Oats with Georgina Mariee
This week we are enjoying copious bowlfuls of this divine take on a Biscoff Apple Pie!
We teamed up with Georgina Mariee to make this hearty, sweet and all round fulfilling recipe. Safe to say we always want seconds!
This one is definitely worth adding to your recipe book!
BISCOFF CORE APPLE PIE BAKED OATS
+ 60g Ginger Health Foods Breakfast Bowl oats (The Original One works well for this)
+ 1/2 medium banana + 1/2 tsp baking powder
+ 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
+ 1 tsp brown sugar
+ 1/2 cup milk of choice + 1 tbsp biscoff
+ 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
+ 1/2 apple, cut into slices
+ Pre heat oven (or air fryer) to 170 degrees + grease a small oven safe dish.
+ Blend (or mix if you don’t have a blender) together the oats, banana, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder and milk until smooth.
+ In a separate bowl mix the biscoff spread and yogurt.
+ Empty 3/4 the oat mixture into the oven safe dish, dollop the biscoff mixture in the middle, and then cover with the remaining oat mix.
+ Finish by arranging the apple slices on top.
+ Bake for 30-35 minutes (or 16-20 if using an air fryer) until the top is golden and ‘cake’ like.
We were lucky enough to also enjoy a DIY Granola and Chunky Cinnamon + Apple Pancakes from Georgina too.
